What is Pump Camp?
Pump Camp is a heels only dance convention made for the community, by the community! Pump Camp Montreal 2026 will take place over two days on May 30th & 31st in Montreal at H4L Dance Complex. The faculty will consist of local heels instructors from YOUR CITY! If you’re ready to take part in this incredible weekend, see below for more information and registration details.

Level 2
description of levels
Level 1:
This level is geared towards beginner/intermediate heels dancers. For this level you must have a base in heels dance/technique or in styles such as ballet or jazz (minimum of 6 months to 1 year). This level is for heels dancers ready to solidify their heels technique and push towards picking up and mastering intermediate level choreography. This level is beginner friendly but the basics will not be covered so it is recommended for you to have a foundation in heels technique.
Level 2:
This level is geared towards intermediate/advanced heels dancers. For this level you must have mastered your heels foundations with a minimum of 3 years of heels dance experience. This level is for heels dancers ready to push their technique to an advanced/pro level and push towards picking up and mastering advanced level choreography. This level is intermediate friendly but choreography will be created for an advanced level and taught at an intermediate/advanced pace.

Please note: the early bird rate will be available until April 19th for the two-day event only. If passes remain, a one-day option will open on April 20th. Faculty and showcase panel are subject to change
Pump Camp Showcase
The Pump Camp Showcase will take place Saturday May 30th from 7-8:30pm at H4L Dance Complex. During the showcase, dancers will have the opportunity to present a solo, duo, small or large group number in front of a panel of experts. Each number will receive individualized feedback from the experts. This is a great way to step into a higher-pressure situation within a supportive environment. Please note ONE PERSON from each group must register for ALL MEMBERS of the duos or small to large groups. If you’re part of a duo or group, please elect one person to register ALL DANCERS under ONE NAME. You can do so by increasing the quantity of registrations to reflect the number of dancers participating at checkout.
